About The Prince Albert Pub
|
The Prince Albert can be found in the village of Mount Albert, Ontario. This dining lounge and traditional pub is housed in The Lloyd House, a beautifully restored 1906 home. On the eve of its 100th birthday, The
Lloyd House has never been busier.
The main floor is divided into a small dining lounge and a bar area. Here you will find a small sit down bar and a good selection of beers on tap including a couple of micro brews. The bar also has a nice selection
of and hosts frequent Scotch nosings. |

Upstairs there is a games room, complete with a pool table and juke-box, and a sports lounge with dining tables where the game can be viewed on the large screen. Also upstairs there is a small bar to
handle the overspill on busy nights.
The front of the old manse has a small veranda where you can take your beer and enjoy the quaintness of this lovely little village.
Around back there is a large courtyard patio with a large ocean view mural painted by a local artist. This gives the feeling of truly being somewhere tropical.
The pub offers good pub fair with special deals on "Leftover Mondays". An excellent roast beef dinner is the special on the weekends and the pub serves a hearty breakfast on Saturdays and
Sundays between 11:30 am and 2 pm. If you travel 48 to go north do yourself a favour and take the time to drop in and say hello, you will be glad you did. |
